Conscious food preparation is the soul of Ayurvedic cooking. Mary Thompson, senior facility at CCA brings alive her Ayurvedic cooking classes with her knowledge as well as her passion. The class includes all phases of the food preparation beginning with Ayurvedic principles around food selection, aligning our choices with constitution and the season, maximizing the potential in food for generating our well-being and the well-being of those we love and feed.  Mary teaches not only the cuisine of India but also foods from different cultures. The class will incorporate a variety of menus, so that all participants will be able to apply these principles to familiar recipes after the intensive. read more
