Learn about the benefits of nurturing spiced milk, refreshing sweet lassi and digestive Takra, and rejuvenating pure ghee.

This exploration will take is step by step from contemplation of the respect given to cows and milk products, to the poetry of the Vedas to the practical application of this knowledge in our day to day meals, thoughts and interactions.

All participants will enjoy a cup of the traditional spiced buttermilk called Takra.
