The Role of Vedanta in Ayurveda's Holistic Health System Explore how the teachings of the Vedas, Upanishads and the Bhagavad Gita form the philosophical foundation of Ayurveda in values, psychology and science to nurture health and happiness.

Applying Teachings of Vedanta in Everyday Life Swami Bodhananda Saraswati, Vedika's esteemed visiting faculty member, will speak about integrating the spiritual values and teachings of Vedanta into the way we live today, and applying them meaningfully in settings from family dynamics to corporate leadership in our pursuit of health and happiness.

Promoting Health Winter with Ayurveda Become empowered with food and lifestyle guidance to help you take advantage of Hemant Ritu, the upcoming winter season. This is the optimal time of year to nourish and strengthen the body, as nature is promoting good digestion and vitality.

Winter Recipes to Build Strength and Immunity Taste and learn special recipes that are ideal for early winter to promote immunity and build strength. They are recommended in the famous 16th century text Bhavaprakash and prepared in traditional homes as a delicious investment in immunity and strength for the rest of the year.

Special Guest Swami Bodhananda Saraswati, is a highly respected a monk, scholar and teacher of the wisdom of the Upanishads, and is also an esteemed visiting faculty member of Vedika Gurukula. A learned, compassionate and engaging speaker, Swamiji is the Spiritual Founder and Director of the Sambodh Foundation in New Delhi, the Bodhananda Research Foundation for Management and Leadership Studies and the Bodhananda Seva Societies in Kerala, India and The Sambodh Society, Inc. in the US.
His publications include Meditation: The Awakening of Inner Powers, The Gita & Management,
and Self Unfoldment in An Interactive World
