A healing program of this nature can lead to one of many career paths. While the traditional Vaidya (or Ayurvedic practitioner) is one viable path, your Vedika Global education by no means limits you to one career trajectory.Here is a list of the potential paths ­ though the possibilities are limitless.

Teacher: There are not nearly enough Ayurvedic teachers, so we encourage those who enjoy teaching to pursue this rewarding path. By incubating and teaching future healers, you are ensuring that this information is passed onto future generations.

Spa Director: Many spas have turned into full-fledged healing centers incorporating treatments in for mind, body, and spirit. Many offer Ayurvedic facials and massage, as well as treatments that are specific to each Dosha. Students will also learn Ayurvedic massage and body work.

Yoga Teacher: Vedika students learn about the healing power of movement, meditation, pranayama, and asana. If you are already a yoga teacher, this education will only enhance your teaching and allow you to better heal students.

Life Coach: Ayurvedic practitioners were life coaches before this field rose to popularity in the last decade. Ayurveda emphasizes the fact that we are powerful, self-healing entities -- not merely the overwhelmed mind or decaying bodies with which we identify. When we think wellness, we become wellness. Ayurveda provides tools to help people achieve success in life.

Nutritionist: With obesity, heart attacks, and diabetes hitting record levels, Ayurvedic healers are well-equipped to provide dietary recommendations to those in need of healthy changes. Additionally, gyms and hospitals need nutritionists to help clients and patients make healthy changes to diet and lifestyle.

Nutraceuticals: The fast-growing and highly lucrative herbal supplement market is in need of high-quality formulas, designed by Ayurvedic professionals. Students with an entrepreneurial drive can develop formulas and market them around the world.

Pancha Karma: Ayurvedic detoxification (our graduates will be fully equipped to be full-fledged Pancha Karma specialists, in America or India. Vedika students receive full training to do Pancha Karma.

Interior Decorator: Through Vastu interior design -- the Ayurvedic concept similar to Feng Shui in terms of harmonizing the flow of energy -- those with Vedika Global degrees are well-equipped to become Vastu designers to create harmony in any space.
