Tuition/Fees - Payment Process, Billing
There are no application fees, no processing fees, no registration fees, equipment fees, or other miscellaneous fees that are normally part of contemporary Ayurveda educational institutions. We waive these fees that often run several hundred dollars to make this education available and accessible to all.
For Level 1 students, the cost of this 500 hour program spread over one year is $3,600 if paid in full before the beginning of classes. Classes begin on January 29, 2009.
This tuition includes scheduled weekly classes, weekend intensives, and a residential retreat.
Payment Options
wants to ensure that all seekers with the passion to learn can afford the opportunity to receive this once-in-a-lifetime education.
To accommodate our Level 1 students, we've set up several payment plans:
- Option 1: Pay the entire amount and help offset the costs associated with this program. Your cost is $3,600.
- Option 2: Pay $1,500 upfront and $400 per month over the next six (6) months, payable on the 1st of each month, starting May 1st, 2009. Your total cost will be $3,900.
- Option 3: Pay in ten (10) equal monthly payments of $425 per month, payable on the 1st of each month starting March 1st, 2009, with 2 months payments ($850) due at the time of registration. Your total cost will be $4,250.
(The additional costs under the installment payment plans cover administrative and staff time, and bank fees.)
Students are invited to donate any tax-deductible amount (over the cost of the program tuition). is a nonprofit foundation so your support is appreciated to help us continue serving the community.

Financial Contract and Agreement of Mindfulness - Shiksha Sankalpa
After you have submitted application online and you are a match with Vedika Gurukula's missions, then you will receive an invitation to formally enroll in the Gurukula. At the time of paying your fees you will be asked to sign a financial contract as well a contract of mindfulness Shiksha Sankalpa laying out Vedika Global's spiritual and ethical policy and code of ethics.
We ask that all students understand and sign the financial agreement as well a Shiksha Sankalpa on or before the first class. Students should be serious about this path of study and willing to commit to tuition payment, attending classes and intensives and homework.
