Self-Care Course in Ayurveda

This is an experiential immersion hands on learning opportunity designed to activate the participant’s natural health. Understand the WHY and HOW of crafting health through the timeless and all natural science of life Ayurveda.

Establish an Ayurvedic daily routine
Benefit from ancient wisdom on positive balanced lifestyle, daily and seasonal rituals, specific foods, do's and dont's

Boost digestive fire and burn toxins
Incorporate optimum Ayurvedic foods, specialized scientific diet protocols and ancient but delicious recipes that not only nurture the body tissues and balance Doshas, but also detoxify, boost metabolism and balance the body weight

Learn healing Ayurvedic cooking
Use healing spices, benefit from daily cooking demonstrations, enjoy freshly cooked seasonal Ayurvedic meals

Experience transformational body rituals
Enhance well being, immunity and beauty – use ancient oils, nasal drops, eye potions, body scrubs, face packs and more

Develop an Ayurveda inspired Yoga practice
