KARUNA KAY'ALEYA BONNETTE
Karuna Kay'aleya Bonnette is a member of Vedika Global’s Program Development Team, where she supports overall project management of the organization’s infrastructure needs. She has studied with Acharya Shunya since 2017. Karuna has worked in office and administrative support, management and program development for several organizations and small businesses. Her experiences in event development and facilitation, and her relationships with other intentional communities, contribute to her interest and support of her spiritual community at Vedika Global.
Karuna has a BA in Cultural Anthropology with a minor in Religion from Colorado College. She is currently pursuing an MS in Therapeutic Herbalism (AOC Clinical) at Maryland University of Integrative Health. She is also a certified massage therapist, community herbalist, and full-spectrum doula.
Acharya Shunya’s teachings support Karuna to live a fuller and deeper life, infused with a greater feeling of connection. She is grateful and inspired to offer her service in support of these teachings reaching a wider audience. As someone who devotes her life to expanding integrative health awareness and practice, Vedika’s focus on truly integrative wellness (from the inner landscape of the spirit and mind to the outer landscape of the body) deeply aligns with her vision of what is possible for all. Karuna knows that supporting Vedika’s programs can only bring more beauty to this world, and she is honored to be a small part of that.
