Lakshmi feels deeply grateful to Vedika and Acharya Shunya for helping her transform and rebuild her physical health after many years of severe hives and weight gain problems since childhood. She was able to lose 40 pounds in the process, and found a profound sense of self-acceptance and mental peace and clarity after hearing Acharya Shunya’s teachings. She feels inspired to bring Ayurveda's holistic teachings into communities that may not have ever heard of, or experienced, all of the profound mind, body, and spirit healing power that Ayurveda has to offer.
