Ayurveda’s Rejuvenating Beauty Retreat
In the Ayurvedic tradition, there is an inspiring concept called Rasayana, which means the art of rejuvenation. Come join Vedika’s associate faculty members Lakshmi and Karen, who will guide you through a day of learning how to rejuvenate your hair, skin, and whole body with self-love and mindful beauty practices.
Did you know that the ingredients we use in Ayurveda skin, care and beauty care are all 100% natural and toxin-free?
Start saying goodbye to years of expensive, chemically charged, preservative laden concoctions and meet your newest beauty friends that come from your very own kitchen.
Lakshmi and Karen have learned Ayurveda directly from Acharya Shunya, Vedika’s founder, who has passed down her family’s rich beauty secrets. These secrets are shared for the first time in Acharya Shunya’s inspiring book Ayurveda Lifestyle Wisdom, which you will receive as part of your retreat day.
In this retreat, you will have the chance to feel the magic of Ayurveda’s beauty secrets come to life through the inspiring self-care practices you will experience and apply during the day.
