Founded in 2007 by Acharya Shunya—an internationally recognized spiritual teacher, author, and the first female head of a 2,000-year-old Vedic lineage from India—Vedika Global, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to preserving and sharing the wisdom of the Vedic tradition. This mission is supported by founding board members: Attorney at Law Janet Dobrovolny, Vedic scholar and writer Hema Patankar, and Ayurveda teacher, chef, and finance professional Sanjai Mathur. Together, they have created a beacon of timeless knowledge that remains as essential today as it was in ancient times.

With roots in the teachings of Acharya Shunya’s esteemed lineage, including her great-grandfather Acharya Shanti Prakash and grandfather Acharya Ayodhya Nath (Baba), Vedika Global is more than an educational institute—it is a sanctuary for seekers worldwide who long to connect with the transformative power of Vedic wisdom. Here, students explore the profound teachings of the Vedas, Upanishads, and the Bhagavad Gita, receiving guidance from an unbroken line of wisdom-keepers.
