Ayurveda Study Circle

A Note Before You Enter
I was raised in a household where Ayurveda was not something one studied.
It was simply how life was arranged.
The body was listened to without anxiety. Seasons shaped daily choices. Food, rest, oil, herbs, and silence were part of ordinary care, not remedies reached for in crisis. When an imbalance appeared, attention was given first, not alarm.

Much later, when I encountered Ayurveda as a formal system, I recognized it immediately. Not as something new to learn, but as something already known through living.

The Ayurveda Study Circle grows from that early ground, shaped now by years of teaching, study, and service. What is offered here is not a return to the past, but a continuity of wisdom that still belongs in modern life.

The Ayurveda Study Circle
The Ayurveda Study Circle is a dedicated space for the study and lived practice of Ayurveda as a way of daily life. Rooted in the same Vedic wisdom and lineage that informs the Vedic Study Circle, it supports health, balance, seasonal living, and care of the body-mind, cultivating clarity, vitality, and inner steadiness over time. Some offerings are freely shared as public teachings. Others invite deeper engagement through sliding-scale participation or sustained study. Together, they form a continuum rather than a ladder.

Offerings within the Circle
The Ayurveda Study Circle is a dedicated space for the study and lived practice of Ayurveda as a way of daily life.
Some offerings are freely shared as public teachings, while others are available through sliding-scale participation. Contributions from paid programs help sustain and protect the free offerings, allowing this work to remain accessible while being held with care and continuity.

Open Sangha
A gentle Beginning
Open Sangha is a free public gathering where Ayurveda is experienced as a living tradition. These gatherings are not instructional. They are relational.

Here, participants begin to sense how health arises through rhythm, attention, and daily choices rather than control or correction. Ayurveda is met slowly, without pressure to apply or perform.
This is a place to listen, to remember, and to begin.

Ayurveda Sanctuary
Daily Life as Practice
Ayurveda Sanctuary offers recorded, themed immersions designed to support sadhana within daily life. Each Sanctuary draws from classical Ayurvedic wisdom as lived and taught by Acharya Shunya, focusing on practical guidance that can be integrated into ordinary routines of eating, sleeping, working, and relating. Rather than presenting Ayurveda as treatment or theory, these teachings approach health as an ongoing relationship with natural order, supported through rhythm, nourishment, reflection, and conscious choice. Offered in recorded form to allow for steady, self-paced study, the Sanctuaries invite seekers to bring clarity, balance, and care into the very texture of everyday living.

In-depth Courses
Study with Committment
In-Depth Courses are for those drawn to sustained learning. These offerings explore Ayurvedic principles, foods, herbs, and seasonal intelligence with seriousness and continuity.
The study here is meant to cultivate discernment rather than the accumulation of information. Understanding is developed slowly, so it can be applied wisely and lived with confidence.
This is Ayurveda studied with respect for its depth.

Year-Long Immersion
Walking with Ayurveda Over Time
The Year-Long Immersion is a sustained path for those called to walk closely with Ayurveda across seasons. This offering is shaped around depth, prevention, and the gradual cultivation of self-healing capacity.
There is no rush here. Transformation unfolds through patience, repetition, and relationship with time itself. This is how this knowledge has always worked.
The immersion is for those ready to let Ayurveda shape life from within.
