Drop-in Class
Vedic Meditation, Mantra and Upasana

A monthly doorway into the Vedic path of Sacred Inner Practice

Acharya Shunya welcomes you to her live online class, for sincere seekers, to experience mantra, meditation, sacred sound, and contemplative practice rooted in her living Vedic lineage.

You are welcome to join live, or, if the timing does not work for you, receive the class through the private recording afterward. Seekers from around the world can participate in this way and return to the teaching when their heart is ready.

Through mantra, dhyana, chanting, and sacred attention, the mind becomes quieter, steadier, and more available to truth.

This monthly drop-in offers a rare doorway into that path.

Four Sundays monthly | 7:00 to 8:00 AM PT
First Sunday open to the public | Full path included in Inner Mandala

Upasana Yoga
An Ongoing Immersion in Mantra, Meditation, and Sacred Study

Upasana Yoga is the timeless, steady path of sacred inner practice in the Vedas, rooted in mantra, meditation, chanting, dhyana, and contemplative Vedic teaching.

You may enter through the public drop-in class on the first Sunday of each month, or join Inner Mandala at any time to receive the fuller rhythm of Upasana Yoga through all four Sundays, companion live study sessions, video review of Bhakti Yoga, Karma Yoga, upcoming Jnana Yoga teachings, community across 21 countries, and selected archive access.

For students who feel called to steadiness, and to study with a traditional teacher in a sustained way, Upasana Yoga becomes more than a class. It becomes a living rhythm of practice, study, remembrance, and sangha.
