OUR PROJECTS

A growing archive of classical Ayurveda teachings developed over two decades of study, practice, and instruction.

From 2008 through 2019, Vedika Global’s primary educational focus was Ayurveda. Extensive lectures, trainings, and community gatherings were recorded during this period. Many of these teachings are now being carefully edited and prepared for public release.

Current offerings include foundational teachings on constitution, daily rhythm, digestion, lifestyle balance, and preventive health rooted in classical Ayurvedic texts.

Additional archival recordings are being reviewed and prepared for release. As editorial support expands, more of this body of work will become publicly accessible.

Available through open digital access and the free Vedic Study Circle platform.
