Intellectual Property and Teaching Use
Teachings, recordings, written materials, and other educational content shared through Vedika Global remain the intellectual property of the organization and its teachers.
These materials are offered for personal study and spiritual learning. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of these materials without written permission from Vedika Global is not permitted.
Vedic Study Circle Community Policy
The Vedic Study Circle is offered as an open space for the study and contemplation of Vedic wisdom. Participation in the Study Circle does not require membership fees or formal enrollment.
Participants may be asked to provide minimal information, such as name, email address, city or state, areas of interest, and a signature acknowledging the spirit of respectful participation. This information is collected only to help coordinate communication within the community. Vedika Global does not independently verify the identity of participants and relies on the good faith of those who choose to join the Study Circle.
The teachings are made freely accessible in the spirit of openness and service to sincere seekers.
Because the Study Circle functions as a shared learning environment, participants are expected to engage respectfully with the teachings and with one another.
Vedika Global reserves the right to restrict or remove access for individuals whose behavior is disruptive, abusive, or harmful to the learning environment or the community. This may include conduct that interferes with respectful dialogue, disrupts gatherings or discussions, or misuses the platform in ways that are inconsistent with the purpose of the Study Circle.
These measures are taken only when necessary in order to preserve a safe, respectful, and focused space for study.
Spiritual Orientation and Respect for Traditions
Vedika Global shares teachings rooted in the ancient Vedic wisdom traditions of India. These teachings arise from a lineage that has historically been associated with what is today called the Hindu tradition.
At the same time, the teachings themselves represent a much older stream of inquiry into the nature of consciousness, life, and the Self. They are offered as a path of wisdom and contemplation rather than as a system of religious conversion.
Participants in Vedika Global programs come from many different backgrounds and faith traditions. The organization respects all religions and spiritual paths, and no one is expected to change their personal beliefs or religious identity in order to study these teachings.
Because the teachings draw from the Vedas, the Upanishads, the Bhagavad Gita, and the devotional traditions of Hindu deities and sacred symbolism, these elements may appear in classes, meditations, chants, and teachings. They are presented as part of a living philosophical and spiritual heritage.
Participants are asked to approach these traditions with openness and respect. Vedika Global does not seek to convert individuals to any religion. Rather, the intention is to offer a space where sincere seekers may study wisdom teachings and explore the nature of the Self.
Individuals who repeatedly show disrespect toward the teachings, the traditions from which they arise, or other participants in the community may be asked to step away from programs in order to preserve a respectful learning environment.
Community Interaction and Independent Relationships
Vedika Global programs bring together participants from many parts of the world who share an interest in Vedic wisdom and spiritual study. Through classes, retreats, and online gatherings, students may come to know one another and sometimes choose to connect outside the formal learning environment.
Such connections are natural in a learning community. However, Vedika Global does not organize, supervise, or manage private interactions between participants outside of its official programs.
Participants may independently create social media groups, messaging forums, private study circles, or in-person gatherings. They may also choose to travel together or coordinate accommodations, meals, or other arrangements when attending retreats, events, or teachings. These activities are arranged privately by participants and are not supervised or managed by Vedika Global.
Even when students gather in the presence of Vedika Global teachers, personal decisions related to travel, lodging, meals, transportation, or social interactions remain the responsibility of the individuals involved.
For this reason, Vedika Global does not mediate personal disagreements, disputes, or conflicts that arise within private interactions between participants. These matters remain the responsibility of the individuals involved.
If concerns arise within official Vedika Global spaces, such as classes, forums, or events directly hosted by the organization, participants may contact the organization so that appropriate steps can be considered.
Vedika Global’s role is to steward the teachings and provide a respectful environment within the programs it hosts. Relationships that develop beyond those programs remain independent of the organization.
Recording and Media Use Policy
Vedika Global programs may include audio, video, or photographic recording for the purpose of preserving teachings and sharing educational material.
Many programs are conducted online through platforms such as Zoom. Participants who join these gatherings may appear on screen through their video image, voice, name, or shared comments.
Vedika Global does not have the capacity to obtain separate consent from each participant in every gathering. By choosing to participate in online programs, participants acknowledge that their image, voice, or comments may be visible to others in the session and may be included in recordings used for educational or archival purposes.
Participants who prefer not to appear in recordings may choose to keep their camera off or refrain from speaking during recorded sessions.
All recordings remain the property of Vedika Global and may not be reproduced, distributed, or publicly shared without permission.
Non-Discrimination and Community Respect Policy
Vedika Global welcomes participants from all backgrounds, cultures, ethnicities, and faith traditions. The teachings are offered to sincere seekers everywhere, and participation in our programs is open to all.
As a spiritual learning community rooted in Vedic wisdom, Vedika Global does not discriminate on the basis of race, ethnicity, nationality, gender, sexual orientation, religion, age, or background.
Images appearing on our website or materials may include photographs of real participants, teachers, historical lineage figures, or publicly available stock imagery used for design purposes. The images shown do not represent a curated demographic requirement but reflect the actual participants and resources available at a given time.
Vedika Global does not select participants or teachers based on demographic representation. Individuals who join programs do so voluntarily, and the visible composition of the community naturally reflects those who choose to participate.
Because the teachings emphasize respect for all beings, participants are expected to interact with one another in a spirit of dignity and mutual respect. Claims of discrimination made without basis, or attempts to disrupt the community through accusations directed at individuals or the organization, may be addressed by the organization to protect the integrity of the learning environment.
Vedika Global remains committed to offering teachings openly and respectfully to anyone who approaches the tradition with sincerity.
Health and Wellbeing Disclaimer
The teachings offered through Vedika Global may include discussions related to Ayurveda, meditation, lifestyle practices, emotional wellbeing, and spiritual inquiry. These teachings draw from traditional Vedic knowledge systems and are shared for educational and contemplative purposes.
They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or psychological condition.
Vedika Global and its teachers do not provide medical care, mental health treatment, or personal therapeutic services. Participants should consult qualified medical doctors, mental health professionals, or licensed practitioners before making changes to medications, treatments, diet, or lifestyle practices.
Some teachings may explore subjects such as stress, emotional suffering, depression, or the workings of the mind from a philosophical or spiritual perspective. These discussions are part of educational study and should not be understood as medical or psychological advice.
Individuals remain responsible for their own health decisions and personal wellbeing. If participants choose to apply practices or suggestions discussed during teachings, they do so at their own discretion and responsibility.

Teacher Boundary Policy
Within Vedika Global, teachers may be known by traditional titles such as Acharya, Sadhvi, or Sadhya. These titles reflect a role of spiritual instruction within the Vedic lineage.
The primary responsibility of Vedika Global teachers is to transmit teachings through classes, study programs, satsangs, and educational gatherings. Their guidance is offered within these learning environments so that the teachings can benefit the community as a whole.
Teachers are not able to provide personal counseling, therapy, medical advice, financial advice, legal advice, or mediation in private disputes between students. Vedika Global teachers also do not intervene in personal conflicts, relationships, or disagreements that arise outside the formal teaching environment.
Because of the scale of the community and the responsibilities of teaching, teachers are not able to respond individually to personal requests for guidance, emotional support, or private counsel. Participants should not expect personal responses to emails, messages, or individual appeals sent directly to teachers.
Students are encouraged to bring questions to appropriate learning settings such as classes, study sessions, or community forums where they may be addressed in a way that benefits many participants.
Personal matters involving health, mental wellbeing, relationships, finances, or legal concerns should be addressed with qualified professionals who are trained to provide those services.
These boundaries exist in order to preserve the integrity of the teaching role and to ensure that the time and energy of teachers can remain devoted to the transmission of wisdom for the wider community.
Participants are asked to respect these boundaries as part of maintaining a healthy and respectful learning environment.
