The Sangha is led by Sadhya Vimala, a senior teacher within the Vedika Ayurveda Department, whose sixteen years of lived practice and teaching have shaped her into a steady and compassionate guide. Deeply spiritual and quietly disciplined, she embodies Ayurveda not merely as a system of healing, but as a sacred rhythm of living in harmony with nature and the Self.
She has studied closely under Acharya Shunya and remains guided by the wisdom of the Vedic lineage she carries. In her presence, Ayurveda is not reduced to diet charts or protocols. It is restored to its original dignity as a path of awareness, balance, and devotion.
In addition to her role at Vedika, Vimala previously served as Director of CAAM, bringing integrity and classical grounding to her leadership. Yet titles are secondary to her lived sincerity and depth of understanding.
The Sangha is offered in the spirit of seva, reverence, and continuity. What has been carefully preserved through the lineage is shared generously, so that ancient wisdom may quietly nourish modern lives.
Once a month, we gather in the presence of Vedika Global’s senior-most Ayurveda teacher, Sadhya Vimala, not to study Ayurveda as information, but to remember it as wisdom lived in the body.
Ayurveda is not a system imposed from outside. It is a quiet reminder of how life wishes to be lived. When listened to gently, it restores trust in the body, intimacy with nature, and reverence for the Self that breathes through all rhythms.
Ayurveda Sangha is a public, heart-centered circle where this remembering happens naturally.
Come once. Come often.
Come to remember what your body already knows.
Ayurveda Sangha is an open doorway.
You are welcome.
The Spirit of the Sangha
This is not a lecture. It is an interactive, heart-based sangha.
There is space for listening, reflection, quiet practice, and shared inquiry.
Questions are welcome. Presence is valued more than performance.
All hearts welcome.
