I’m so sick of sites claiming to have "4K" content when it’s clearly just upscaled 720p garbage with massive compression artifacts. If I’m sitting down to enjoy some high-end content, I want to see the details, not a blurry mess of pixels. I’m usually okay with lower quality if the story or the actors are good, but I can see why people are picky. I’ve been spending my night watching old black-and-white movies, so my standards for "HD" are probably a bit lower than everyone else's right now. There is something charming about the graininess of old film. I think we’re all a bit spoiled by modern technology sometimes. I’m just trying to stay warm and dry while it pours outside, so any entertainment is good entertainment for me at the moment.
