Veda Sangha

Gather with Acharya Shunya each month for a free live teaching rooted in the wisdom of the Vedas and Advaita Vedanta. Each Sangha explores a spiritual theme through teaching, contemplation, and guided practice. Open to all, it offers a welcoming doorway into the living tradition. Join us on the second Saturday of each month, from 3:00 to 4:00 PM Pacific Time.

Ayurveda Sangha

Join Vedika Global-trained Ayurveda physician, Vaidya Vimala, an experienced Ayurveda educator with over twenty years of practice, for a free monthly exploration of classical Ayurvedic wisdom. Each gathering offers practical guidance on constitution, digestion, daily rhythms, seasonal living, and holistic well-being. Open to all, the Sangha helps bring Ayurveda into everyday life with clarity and care.

These series are presented as sustained, verse-by-verse explorations designed to cultivate philosophical clarity, disciplined inquiry, and ethical steadiness.

Teaching Archive


Preventive health literacy rooted in classical Ayurveda, including constitution, daily rhythm, digestion, and lifestyle balance. For over a decade, Vedika Global has hosted a 2-hour monthly Ayurveda Sangha, many sessions of which are archived and publicly accessible, with additional recordings being prepared for release. The Sangha remains open online to members and the broader public without cost.

Podcasts


Free global audio platforms expanding classical Yoga, Vedanta, and Bhakti teachings for contemporary seekers. This includes:
1. Shadow to Self, featuring 57 episodes of spiritual inquiry and teaching, has ranked among the top 2% of podcasts globally.

Downloadable educational resources developed to support preventive health, stress resilience, and contemplative living. Topics include community-oriented Ayurvedic guidance, aromatherapy, stress and immunity, and rose therapies for body and mind. These materials extend practical wellness education through accessible digital formats.
 

Walking With
Dharma

An eighteen-volume educational series on the values of the Bhagavad Gita for higher thinking and evolved living. This series explores dharma not as a rule or rigidity, but as inner alignment with universal truth. In times of despair, it restores meaning. Volume I is currently available. Additional volumes will be released progressively through Vedika Global’s free teaching platform.

Guided Meditations


Open-access guided contemplations supporting stress regulation, grief processing, emotional clarity, and reflective awareness. Topics include relaxation, creativity, coping with loss, letting go, addressing sorrow, and contemplative self-inquiry. These recordings translate classical principles into accessible practices for modern daily life.
