Enter the Inner Mandala
A Living Path Through the Four Yogas

A Living Circle of Vedic Study and Practice

Inner Mandala is Acharya Shunya’s deepest ongoing circle of Vedic study and spiritual practice. It is for seekers ready to move beyond occasional inspiration and give the Vedic path a steady place in their lives.

Members gather live with Acharya Shunya every Sunday at 7:00 a.m. PT, supported by recordings, study resources, companion teachings, and a worldwide spiritual community.

Inner Mandala is guided by Acharya Shunya, the first female head of the Sarayu Parampara, a Vedic lineage from Ayodhya, India. Trained by her guru and grandfather from the age of nine, she has guided students in sustained Vedic study for nearly three decades.

The Sacred Journey of the Four Yogas

The Four Yogas offer one of the Vedic tradition’s most ancient and complete pathways toward spiritual freedom.  Karma Yoga purifies action, Bhakti Yoga opens the heart to Ishvara, Upasana Yoga gathers and steadies the mind, and Jnana Yoga reveals the true nature of the Self. Together, they engage the whole human being: our actions, emotions, mind, devotion, and understanding.

Together, the Four Yogas lead toward the deepest recognition of the Vedic tradition: the Divine we seek is not separate from the limitless reality of the Self. Devotion, sacred action, meditation, and Self-knowledge gradually reveal one complete awakening.

From Spiritual Fragments to a Living Path

Many seekers gather spiritual wisdom in fragments: a book, a podcast, a retreat, a meditation, or a moment of inspiration. These may be valuable, but they do not always become a coherent path.

Inner Mandala offers continuity: live teaching, guided practice, reflection, and community rooted in shastra, the Four Yogas, the Bhagavad Gita, the Upanishads, and Advaita Vedanta. What was once gathered in fragments begins to become a way of seeing and living.

Who Feels Called Here

Inner Mandala is for those who feel quietly called to deeper study. No prior background in Sanskrit, Vedic philosophy, or Indian spiritual traditions is required. What matters is a willingness to listen, reflect, practice, and remain with the teachings over time.

Inner Mandala welcomes seekers of all faiths, cultures, genders, and backgrounds.

What Makes the
Inner Mandala Special?

The Complete Yogic Journey

Inner Mandala brings together what seekers rarely find in one place: Bhakti, Karma, Upasana, and Jnana as one integrated path of inner yoga. This is not a single yoga, physical asana-based method, or mood-elevating sequence. It is the hero’s journey of the soul, where devotion, action, meditation, and wisdom awaken the whole being.

Shastra As Living Wisdom

In a world of spiritual sound bites, true shastra study is rare. Inner Mandala returns students to the Vedas, Upanishads, Bhagavad Gita, Yoga Sutras, Bhakti Sutras, and Advaita teachings with care. These texts become mirrors, medicines, and maps, guiding inner transformation with depth and dignity.

Guided By a Living Lineage

The Inner Mandala is guided by Acharya Shunya, who comes from an ancient Vedic parampara and a family of teachers from Ayodhya. In a world of AI, clips, and self-streaming spirituality, students sit with a living teacher of the tradition, receiving wisdom as it was meant to be transmitted.

A Worldwide Sangha

Inner Mandala gathers sincere seekers from a worldwide community spanning 21 countries. This is not casual networking or spiritual socializing. It is a sacred field of students walking together with humility, longing, yogic discipline, and Vedic dharma while learning to live as Self in real life.

Complete Support For Sadhana

Inner Mandala offers more than classes. It provides seekers a complete sanctuary of online support for yogic sadhana, with multiple LIVE classes offered weekly covering the four yogas, shastra, mantra, meditation, Vedanta concepts, Gayatri, Gita, ego refinement, and guided archives. Everything points toward the same sacred aim: Self-realization and Moksha.

How the Study Unfolds Inside
Inner Mandala?

Members gather live with Acharya Shunya every Sunday at 7:00 a.m. PT. Each Sunday carries a distinct movement of receiving, contemplating, practicing, and remembering.

The Sunday Rhythm of Inner Mandala

During the current Upasana Yoga year, members gather live with Acharya Shunya every Sunday at 7:00 a.m. PT. Each Sunday carries a distinct movement of receiving, contemplating, practicing, and remembering.

First Sunday: Shastra

Receive the vision of the Vedic path through teachings from scripture.

Second Sunday: Anubhava

Contemplate the teaching and recognize its meaning within the seeker’s journey.

Third Sunday: Dhyana

Gather and steady the mind through meditation and preparatory practices.

Fourth Sunday: Nama Smarana

Turn the heart toward Ishvara through sacred name, remembrance, and devotion.

Fifth Sunday: Samvada

Students gather for guided reflection upon the teachings, the path traversed, and the obstacles that obscure our highest aspiration.

The introductory trial includes four consecutive Sunday teachings. The precise sessions received depend upon the calendar.

Beyond the Sunday Teaching

Full membership extends far beyond the live Sunday gatherings. Members receive recordings of the current teachings and access to a growing archive that includes rare videos, complete earlier teaching journeys, and extensive study across the Four Yogas. Sadhvis offer companion study and support students in revisiting, clarifying, and assimilating what Acharya Shunya has taught. Through shared reflection and ongoing dialogue, members also enter a vibrant worldwide community of sincere study, inquiry, and spiritual practice.

The Big Deal About Yoga Scripture

The Bhagavad Gita and the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali are living guides to the universal human condition: suffering, longing, ego, duty, devotion, freedom, and the search for what is Real.

In Inner Mandala, Acharya Shunya makes these teachings clear and alive without diluting them. Students do not need prior Sanskrit study. The scriptures gradually become mirrors and maps for understanding the mind, refining one’s life, knowing Ishvara, and awakening to the Self.

A Steady Place to Belong

Inner Mandala is designed for sincere seekers from all faiths, cultures, and gender affiliations. You do not need to arrive already trained in Sanskrit, scripture, or Indian philosophy. You only need willingness, sincerity, and a readiness to listen, reflect, and grow. Over time, students stay because the mandala offers more than information. It offers steadiness, depth, guidance, and a spiritual home.

Your Rhythm Inside Inner Mandala

Inner Mandala is structured, but not rigid. Members include parents, professionals, caregivers, artists, householders, and retirees living in many parts of the world. You may attend live when possible and return through recordings when life interrupts.

No one is asked to withdraw from ordinary life in order to study. The rhythm is steady enough to support deepening, yet spacious enough to accompany the changing seasons of a human life.
