About Vimala

The Sangha is led by Sadhya Vimala, a senior teacher within the Vedika Ayurveda Department, whose sixteen years of lived practice and teaching have shaped her into a steady and compassionate guide. Deeply spiritual and quietly disciplined, she embodies Ayurveda not merely as a system of healing, but as a sacred rhythm of living in harmony with nature and the Self.

She has studied closely under Acharya Shunya and remains guided by the wisdom of the Vedic lineage she carries. In her presence, Ayurveda is not reduced to diet charts or protocols. It is restored to its original dignity as a path of awareness, balance, and devotion.

What to Expect

Once a month, we gather in the presence of Vedika Global’s senior Ayurveda teacher, Sadhya Vimala, not to study Ayurveda as information alone, but to remember it as wisdom lived in the body.

Ayurveda is not a system imposed from outside. It is a quiet reminder of how life wishes to be lived. When listened to gently, it restores trust in the body, intimacy with nature, and reverence for the Self that breathes through all rhythms.

Ayurveda Sangha is a public, heart-centered circle where this remembering happens naturally.

Each month may include reflections from Acharya Shunya’s book Ayurveda Lifestyle Wisdom, seasonal teachings, guidance on dinacharya and daily rhythm, food wisdom, Ayurvedic principles, and time for community questions.

As the Sangha unfolds, Sadhya Vimala may also begin reading selected passages from Acharya Shunya’s forthcoming book, Courtyard at Dawn, using them as doorways for reflection and discussion.

What This Sangha Includes

  • Seasonal rhythm and daily living guidance

  • Dinacharya and food wisdom

  • Reflections from Acharya Shunya’s Ayurveda teachings

  • Occasional readings from Ayurveda Lifestyle Wisdom

  • Future reflections from Courtyard at Dawn

  • General Q&A at the end, as time allows

What Not to Expect

Ayurveda Sangha is not a private consultation, medical appointment, diagnosis, treatment plan, or substitute for care from your licensed healthcare provider.

Sadhya Vimala may answer general Ayurveda questions at the end of the session, but she cannot provide individualized medical care, emergency guidance, or ongoing personal health management in this public setting.

If you have a medical condition, are pregnant, take medications, or are under the care of a doctor, please consult your qualified healthcare provider before making changes to your diet, herbs, lifestyle, or health practices.

Come once. Come often.
Come to remember what your body already knows.

Ayurveda Sangha is an open doorway.
You are welcome.
