Open Mandala Sacred Use Agreement
A Sacred Agreement for Accessing the Teachings.
Open Mandala is a sacred self-study archive offered by Vedika Global as a generous doorway into Vedic wisdom, the Four Yogas, Advaita Vedanta, mantra, meditation, Ayurveda, Goddess teachings, and other lineage-rooted teachings shared by Acharya Shunya and the Sarayu Parampara.
This archive is not a casual content library. It is not a marketplace of spiritual information. It is a sacred learning space.
By entering Open Mandala, you agree to receive these teachings with respect, sincerity, and care. You also agree to protect the integrity of the teachings, the privacy of the community, and the spirit in which this offering has been made available.
1

Your access to Open Mandala is for your own personal study, reflection, and spiritual growth.

Respect for Lineage and Source
The teachings in Open Mandala arise from a living Vedic lineage and from Acharya Shunya’s decades of study, sadhana, teaching, authorship, and service.
You agree not to extract, reframe, or present these teachings as your own.
You may not use Open Mandala materials to create your own courses, workshops, coaching programs, social media content, books, articles, paid offerings, or teaching materials without written permission from Vedika Global.
You may, of course, allow the teachings to transform your life, deepen your practice, refine your understanding, and inspire your own authentic expression. But inspiration is different from appropriation. The source must be honored.
4
No Commercial Use
Open Mandala materials may not be used for commercial purposes.
This means you may not use the teachings, recordings, practices, meditations, mantras, frameworks, written materials, or course structures to generate income, promote your own business, train clients, lead paid circles, create derivative offerings, or support professional services without written permission.

These teachings carry context, lineage, and sacred intention. They are not to be treated as raw data.
6
Respect for Student Privacy
Open Mandala may contain references to live teachings, questions, reflections, or community contexts. You agree to respect the privacy of all students, facilitators, teachers, and community members.
You may not quote, copy, screenshot, share, or publicly discuss another student’s personal reflection, question, name, image, or experience without their explicit permission.
The mandala is held through trust. Please do not break that trust.
7
Respectful Conduct
Open Mandala is a sacred learning environment. Students are expected to engage respectfully with the teachings, the teacher, the lineage, the staff, volunteers, facilitators, and fellow students.
Vedika Global reserves the right to remove access if a participant engages in harmful, disruptive, exploitative, harassing, disrespectful, or dishonest behavior, or if they violate the spirit or terms of this agreement.
This includes misuse of materials, hostile communication, repeated boundary violations, or conduct that harms the safety and dignity of the learning space.
8
Spiritual Education, Not Medical or Mental Health Treatment
The teachings in Open Mandala are offered for spiritual education, self-inquiry, reflection, and personal growth.
They are not a substitute for medical care, mental health care, diagnosis, therapy, legal advice, financial advice, or other professional services.
If you are dealing with physical illness, emotional crisis, trauma, mental health concerns, or other serious life conditions, please seek appropriate professional support
.
Spiritual teachings can illuminate life deeply, but they do not replace needed care.
9
Access Is a Privilege, Not Ownership
Your contribution or registration grants you access to the Open Mandala materials for the stated access period or under the terms offered at the time of registration.
It does not grant ownership of the materials.
Vedika Global may update, remove, reorganize, rename, retire, or revise materials inside Open Mandala at any time. The archive is a living offering and may change as the organization grows and refines its work.
10
Contributions and Access
Open Mandala is offered through a spirit of generosity and mutual care.
Your contribution helps sustain Vedika Global’s nonprofit mission and supports the preservation and sharing of Vedic wisdom.
Access terms, contribution levels, refund policies, and related financial guidelines are explained separately in the Contribution and Access Policy. By entering Open Mandala, you agree to honor those terms as well.
11

Permission is not guaranteed. Each request will be reviewed in light of context, purpose, accuracy, lineage integrity, and the protection of the teachings.
12
A Closing Understanding
Open Mandala exists because sacred knowledge is meant to be shared. But sharing does not mean careless distribution. Generosity does not mean loss of boundaries. Access does not mean ownership.
When you enter this mandala, please do so with humility, gratitude, and responsibility.
Receive what nourishes you. Study at your own pace. Return again and again. Let the teachings work upon your mind and heart.
And please help us protect this sacred offering for all sincere seekers who will come after you.
