Roaring Health & Wellbeing is a comprehensive Ayurveda and Goddess-centered health immersion, taught live and recorded in 2023, and now released in recorded form to support wider access to this body of teaching.

Acharya Shunya introduces Maa Durga and the role of divine power in health transformation. Through case studies and foundational Ayurvedic teaching, participants are introduced to the four Roaring Health Principles and daily practices that align life with Nature.
